Twitter is one aspect of social media that I feel is an effective and valuable networking system for teachers to communicate with one another. I have quite a strong passion towards tweeting as it is a sufficient way of allowing growth to occur.

Twitter was first introduced to me in my COMMS140 class where I then learnt about the benefits and effectiveness it brought not just within the classroom but between teachers and how they communicate and share ideas. The teachers of COMMS140 all have a twitter account where they communicate thoughts and ideas on interests or even things to do with class discussions that they think will be beneficial to share. Experiencing this within my class encouraged me to make a twitter account of my own to communicate with individuals that share same passions, thoughts and ideas both at University and being a pre service teacher, while also connecting with my teachers and getting ideas and thoughts of them to build my twitter account as well as developing my resources through Colleagues and teachers for my future teaching career.

It has been clear that twitter has been a platform that is beneficial for teachers as it is discussed through O'Neil through the national education association, "once you get the hang of it, says O’Neal, Twitter is an easy, time-friendly way of connecting with other educators and engaging your students". It therefore shows the large acceptance that is becoming with twitter and this is due to the easy and successful way of communicating with both other teachers as well as students. Not only is twitter a great asset for the communication process, but, it "provides many of the same benefits as other social media but much, much faster", establishing that it can be effective in access resources much more quickly and allowing for the enhancement and growth of professional development.

As a future pre service teacher, I feel that twitter will have an effective impact on me as I will be able to gain resources and communicate with so many individuals to enhance my knowledge and ensure I am ready for my future as a teacher. This will also allow for me to enhance my own growth of professional development and gain all the resources I need for my future teaching career.

To me the production process is the result of all the hard work, dedication, critical thoughts and processes that has been conducted within the assignment to achieve the final product. It is found that production process is quite important over the final product as the progress throughout shows the effectiveness and ineffectiveness of the final product and the hard work and progress shown without to get the overall product.

It was established the positive impact the production process has over the final product as it works as a method to conduct ideas and innovate the progression throughout. This process gave much inspiration into going forth to create my assignment as I knew the processes of my assignment was crucial for the final product.

Mau (2014) stated "To say that the end result is what counts is just not true… Rather, a good designer is more concerned with the process; that winding, potholed road he embarks upon", who also articulates the importance that is shown through the process and how it makes a fairly good designer of a product. Also, established through (Beckler-Jones,April 6) that "Having a design process allows us to be more efficient and transparent when we are designing" showing the large benefits the production process entails rather then the final product as without the production process their would be no clear final product within the Assignment.

Also, Jesse prehodick a senior product designer establishes that it sets "clear expectations and decreases risks of failure" exploring how the production process is far more important and crucial to ensure the final product is clear and works well all together.

As a future educator (Pre-service teacher), this will serve as a large part within both studying and in the classroom as it has become extremely useful and helpful as it provided me with many reasonings on why the production process has proven to be an effective aspect before the final product even though the final product is the most interesting the production process is what gets it to the point it is today.

Games have often been portrayed as a source that is fun. This is in fact true, games are a source of fun and entertainment. However, there is more to them that most people don't see. Games have been an effective tool within the education system as it has assisted children in absorbing the information at a more rapid pace due to them enjoying the aspect of learning rather then being bored and not having anything to look forward to. Stephen Slota (2014) states "their immersion and built in instruction can provide learning experiences not possible on the play ground".

I support this as games are not just made for non educational games, but in fact are made more and more everyday for educational reasoning. Most elements that are produced on games can not be successful in real life, so a child is gaining ideas and learning aspects out of the game as they are not able to construct this in real life. This can improve an individuals wellbeing as some games can also be direct meaning 1 on 1 allowing students to not feel overwhelmed on getting answers wrong and going at their own pace can assist the student in achieving more.

Also, Penny R (2018) states that online games do help children to "develop certain skills such as social skills, Recreational skills and Academic skills. I feel this effectively helps a child develop at their own pace as they feel they don't have to develop these skills in front of anyone but the more they play these games they are enhancing the learning aspects of social skills, Recreational skills and Academic skills. This could also be distinguished by socially helping children interact with peers assisting with communication skills leading to important aspects within a child's life such as self esteem.

As a future educator, I will without a doubt implement sources of gaming within my classroom. I feel gaming will not only be an enjoyable and fun aspect but it will give students a chance of growing by assisting them in developing skills of both learning and life skills that I think will be an effective asset in their lives. I agree with Stephen Slotas (2014) theory "games can serve as a valuable educational tool", establishing that games have come a long way within the educational system.
